Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition and packaging as received.

Damaged products can not be sold again and therefore will not be refunded.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

Returns can be requested through our return portal. To be able to request a return, you need your order number and e-mail adres that are used for the purchase. Within the return portal you can choose the products to return and the desired carriers to return the item(s) with.

Refunds

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

Refund process

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send an e-mail notification concerning the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the return.

When the refund is approved, the credit will be transfered through the original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

Return shippings are arranged within our return portal. The desired carrier service can be chosen. Return costs are calculated within the return portal.
